NTB series Extruders are designed with the purpose of using in process applications with short plasticization unit that require medium level exit capacity and high dilution quality.

• Standard 25D effective plasticization length ,
• Standard lock sleeve and screws that are manufactured with nitration steel and strengthened with thermal procedure,
• Screws that are specially designed for the applications and that work in optimum efficiency,
• EBM barrier screws that provide high performance and high dilution quality for certain applications,
• High capacity soft channel feed system that provides linear exit,
• Electrical equipment and components in international standards,
• Ceramic insulated energy saving heater resistances with stainless air jacket,
• Energy saving alternative current motor that does not require maintenance,
• Long lasting redactor with high service factor,
• Alternative current vectoral type speed control unit that can indefinitely adjust the speed of the screw,
• Precise temperature control as PID with SSR (Solid State Relay),
• Energy consumption that is minimized under optimum conditions of use,
• Low sound and minimum vibration.
• Optional long lasting bimetal lock sleeve and screw option,
• Standard dilution temperature and pressure measurement sensors,
